Overall: People were great. Loved the product (back end). Report writing was tricky but their team was always there to help. This may have been updated recently Pros: The software was excellent. Did everything we need it to from a task management, collaboration and traffic planning (and a ton more that we didnt use for billing and budgeting). Cons: Our team felt the UI was dated. We switched off for that reason but that was 2 years ago, so we would definetly take a look again. Alternatives Considered: Mavenlink Reasons for Choosing eSilentPARTNER: We actually selected Mavenlink and hated it so we made the switch (and lost some money) to eSilent Partner Switched From: Basecamp Reasons for Switching to eSilentPARTNER: We needed integrated time tracking and more robust task management and resource planning / traffic.
