The Smart Pulse provides additional insights. The coaching service provides a great value that is not found in other similar systems. The Action Dashboard gives easy to implement suggestions to help increase area's of engagement that are struggle points. Being able to dig into the data by manager, job type, etc., allows our managers to customize their one-on-one coaching sessions and focus on areas that are most important to their individual teams.
