eclincher is extremely user-friendly, with an intuitive layout, easy navigation, and a top-notch support team that always responds right away. There are very few things I dislike about Clincher to be honest. One minor nitpick is that the dropdown menus on their desktop platform sometimes interfere with the text box that I type into. I recommend getting the Agency plan, it has all the features, bells, and whistles you'll need for managing social media clients! I work as part of a social media team at a marketing agency. eClincher has replaced at least 3 different platforms to provide an all-in-one, comprehensive tool that helps us meet the needs of all of our clients. Plus, it's approval tool for external users offers a great way to share social media content with people who don't use eClincher, all in a very simple way.

eclincher is Essential for Social Media Managers. It has the most functionality out of any social media management application I've used. It's easy and I'm able to manage several accounts for several different businesses in one spot. The website UI could be improved. Also the iPhone and Android apps look outdated. The "Push notification to post to Instagram" function through the app has never worked for me using the Android or the iPhone app.

eclincher makes it fast and easy to design a graphic, add to a new post, add text, links, and schedule. The queues make it very easy to automate posts to various platforms. You can also create queues for special purposes and turn on and off as needed. Overall the software is fairly easy to use but as the company grows and develops they need to invest attention on the user experience. It solved my problems with automation. No one has time to post to Twitter or Facebook in real time. Using eclincher allows for automating the process and re-posting. Posts can be posted at different times for different users and time zones.

I like how easy it is to navigate. It is also super helpful when managing social media accounts. My favorite feature is being able to schedule posts on Facebook and Instagram. I also like how it shows how many comment there are on your pages so that you can plan accordingly. I currently do not see anything that I dislike. I wish that they would have offered me some training so that I would be able to use all the features and be more efficient and productive at work. One thing that would be helpful would be to have short training videos that are interactive in some way. People get bored just watching training videos. It would be great to have something that trainees can practice with or be able to put the training in use with a trial run. I wish that I would have know about more of the features so I could use them on a daily basis. eclincher is helping me be more efficient during the workday. It helps me to not miss a comment or tag- this way, I respond to everything.

I like how seamless it is to post across multiple social media platforms, as well as integrating different accounts. For example, my company has two different Facebook pages for our two separate divisions. Sometimes I want to post content to both pages, and other times I want to post to only one page, and eclincher allows me to pick and choose which pages I want to post two. I also like how I can schedule the same post to be reoccurring and post multiple times over the course of a few weeks. I dislike that I have to renew each account once a month. That gets easily frustrating and can slow posts down if I don't catch the renewal before a post is scheduled to go out. We are using it to push out content to our multiple social media channels. Before this, we were using Sprout Social, and I disliked how it wouldn't ave or recognize common hashtags that I use. With eclincher if I start typing a hashtag I've used in the past, recognizes this and automatically pops up for me to click on.

eclincher gives me the ability to schedule posts in advance which frees up my time for more important matters. The free tools included are wonderful for creating beautifully designed posts. My only complaint would be the suggested content feeds. I haven't been successful in finding actual relevant posts to use on my platforms. Would like to see more useful content. We have had increased post engagement and increased followers since using eclincher. It helps us connect with our audience on a larger scale with less effort and time.
