Dinamiks is a web-based [cloud] Employee Performance Appraisal solution that can significantly improve the performance of individuals within a business and focus them on achieving the Business Goals. Dinamiks automates the Performance Appraisal process and makes it easier to share and update information throughout the year. The system focuses staff on the goals and objectives of the organisation, thus increasing output and overall effectiveness. Individuals also benefit from a Personal Development Plan (ePDP) that records progress against planned development targets. Also included is, if you wish to use them, Competencies, Training, CPD, Attachments and Values because they help to develop the individual. Simple reports display progress and results across the whole organisation and data can be printed as PDF documents for further analysis and reporting. Also included is a simple to use Absence Management function at no extra cost.
