I had a Domain name and email service set up with Crazy Domains. I can say that the service from every single member of the sales and support team has been of the highest standard a customer could want. I have found support available any time I needed it and nothing was too much trouble for the friendly, obliging and patient staff when I required lengthy advice ( due to my relative lack of technical understanding ) on how Domain Names work and how to have a logo signature in my emails etc .....one customer service person even went " the extra mile" doing some follow up work after my phone call and followed through with a phone call back to me the next day as offered . I am very pleased with having chosen Crazy Domains as it is obvious to me that quality of customer service is a major priority.
