The absolute worst customer service I have ever had. Do not what ever you do use this comapny. They are untrained and unreliable. Staff are unqualified to give out the information needed. They overcharge and for products i did not need and months later I am still waiting for a refund of $400. They assured me several times during my 29 phone calls that money would be in my account. Only to call back days laterto to say it wasnt even processed. The never call back when they make times to call and took twice as long as they shoukd have to restore my service . We are a registered charity and dealing with crazy domains cost us thousands trying to just get out website renewed. Appalling and unethical company.

One very important feature with Crazy Domains is the customer/client can call for help/assistance any time of the day & speak to someone by phone to resolve whatever issue they are experiencing. The 24 hour help desk is fantastic & the support staff are very helpfull in resolving any issue the customer may have. Needless to say the hosting & domain products are great & also excellent value for money being : Affordable & not outragously expensive as is the case with some other hosting providers that are out there on the market. Also, Crazy Domains is based in Australia which is another plus factor.
