The Cora team have been engaging, responsive and open to ideas, suggestions and feedback to develop the CORA tool. Being able to have all of our data related to Cost, Risk, Scope & Schedule all in one place has made reporting an easier and quicker task. **What do you like most about the product or service?** Good use of dashboard widgets, with the ability to drill down to the levels of detail required. **What do you dislike most about the product or service?** Nothing **If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?** More time to implement, but this was due to our own internal timescales for Go Live. In an ideal world, I would've liked to have run a pilot with a small number of projects to allow more time to configure and test to our requirements. **What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?** Engage with Cora as soon as possible around the capability available within the tool to manage your own expectations.
