My laptop barely leaves my bag some weeks. Client site Monday, train Wednesday, home office Friday. Coolset has held up across all of it in a way no other platform I've tried for carbon accounting has managed. The mobile experience is genuinely usable, not just a shrunken desktop view. I pull up Scope 3 data mid-meeting, walk clients through their compliance gaps on a tablet, and export draft CSRD summaries before I'm off the train. For an agency running multiple client accounts simultaneously, that kind of on-the-go access isn't a perk, it's the whole job.
Three-plus years in, my main gripe is offline mode, or the lack of it. A few times in low-connectivity spots I've been stuck waiting for dashboards to load while a client is watching. Not catastrophic, but fixable. Everything else, the Scope 1/2/3 breakdown, the reporting templates, the multi-client account structure, earns its keep every week. They keep shipping improvements, and the product today is noticeably sharper than what I first signed up for.
