βWhat finally convinced me to pitch CoCounselor to the partnersβ¦β
What finally convinced me to pitch CoCounselor to the partners here was the pricing page. Transparent, tiered, no buried per-seat surprises hiding in the fine print. We run calendaring for several small law firm clients, and I was fully expecting the usual agency headache where each client workspace costs as much as a separate subscription. It doesn't work that way here. The multi-client structure is priced in a way that actually makes sense for an agency context, and I want to be clear: that is rare.
About six weeks in now, and the billing has matched exactly what I was quoted. Not approximately. Exactly. Deadline automation and court rule integrations are doing what they promised, and my clients are noticing fewer missed response windows. The onboarding support was genuinely attentive. Someone answered a billing question I had on a Friday afternoon, which I did not expect. That kind of responsiveness matters when you're managing timelines for other people's cases.
If you're an agency or consulting shop managing legal calendars for multiple clients, the value here is unusually strong. I haven't found a reason to complain about the cost at any point in the past month and a half, which is honestly a first for this category. The features aren't flashy, but they're correct, and correct matters a lot when you're tracking statute of limitations deadlines. I'm already planning to bring on two more client accounts under this platform. For something I've only been using a short while, that's about as strong a vote of confidence as I can offer.
