“Honestly, the edge cases are what convinced me this outfit…”
Honestly, the edge cases are what convinced me this outfit is worth trusting long-term. Six months into coordinating saturation diving and ROV inspection work through CNS International, I kept expecting the wheels to come off whenever our project scope drifted outside the standard playbook. Mixed gas operations at depth, mid-project scope changes on IMR work, tight scheduling when our four-person field crew had to pivot fast. Every time something got weird or complicated, their team handled it without drama. I did run into one frustrating stretch where documentation turnaround on a third-party diving system intervention was slower than I needed, and communicating across time zones with the home office took some patience. Those are real friction points, not minor nitpicks.
What kept my rating where it is: they never dropped the safety thread, even when logistics got messy. Their IMCA compliance and DNV-certified processes aren't just credentials on a wall. I felt them in how the team responded when corner cases came up. For a small operation like mine that can't absorb mistakes, that consistency matters more than a slick sales pitch.
