What is ClubExpress?

ClubExpress was developed by Gembrook Systems, LLC, a software development firm based in Schaumburg, Ill., a suburb of Chicago. We're a group of club and association veterans; we've been involved in car clubs, computer clubs, community service clubs, entrepreneurial groups, and various outdoor clubs for many years, both as members and as officers. We've also been software developers for more than 30 years, and have worked with the Internet and web-based technologies since the earliest days. Our mission is to take the drudgery out of running and growing a club or association. Our powerful platform makes it easy to create, manage and sustain a strong, vibrant club, one that people join because it's fun, because it helps them, and because it adds to their communities. We strive to earn and keep your business by establishing trust and by demonstrating extraordinary customer service. ClubExpress offers competitive and transparent pricing for organizations of any size and type can continue to grow their membership!

Review Summary

Generated using AI from real user reviews

ClubExpress delivers a user-friendly platform that works well for organizations managing events and membership. Both reviewers praised its core featuresβ€”the calendar, event creation, registration tracking, and payment processing are highlighted as practical tools for collecting dues and donations. One user emphasised that the software suits people across different technical skill levels, while a non-profit found it particularly valuable for handling registrations and online payments in a single system.

With only two reviews available, it's hard to draw firm conclusions about weaknesses. One reviewer gave a full five stars, while the other gave four, but neither detailed specific pain points. For buyers in membership or event-driven organizations, ClubExpress appears solid for basics like scheduling and payments, though you may want to seek out more feedback on advanced features or support quality before committing.
