“Honestly, the UI feels like it was built for someone…”
Honestly, the UI feels like it was built for someone who already knows exactly where everything lives. I've spent close to two months clicking through menus that loop back on themselves, and nothing is labeled the way a non-specialist would expect. For a non-profit context with limited IT support, that learning curve is genuinely punishing.
To be fair, the underlying policy data structure seems solid, and their support team has been patient with my questions. But patient doesn't fix a navigation system that requires a tutorial just to find basic reporting. If the interface gets a serious rework someday, it might be worth revisiting.
