You will need a minimum of four references and you can use managers, peers, colleagues, clients, teachers etcetera. The problem is, if you are using an employment agency they will only accept references from two of your previous managers or supervisors, and they must be recent employers, not older ones. They won't accept mobile telephone or social email addresses such as Google or Hotmail so you can only use work related email addresses which stipulates where your manager works. And the system cannot send a text message to a landline telephone number either.

The BEST time SAVER EVER!!! If you have ever done reference checks you understand the time suck and frustration of dealing with leaving messages and waiting for calls back to complete the check. It is ridiculous! It is a completely outdated way of doing references- this saves so much time and frustration and the outcomes are better than if I would have talked to the person myself anyways. LOVE CHECKSTER!!! I can not think of anything I don't like, they have thought of everything to make this as user friendly and as simple as possible!!! Try it- just try it and I guarantee you will never go back to manual calls again! Best thing I have implemented in my current role! Time saver is #1! Having a great report from the references is a huge benefit,, the check forms we were using didn't give the full picture - checkster does!
