Apprehensive at first - no need - excellent support! I was apprehensive about using a hosted service, having always had 'complete control' with dedicated servers. Catalyst2 always provide the best support and, although we've never had any major issues, they've always been on-hand to offer advice for the small little bits that inevitably come up along the way. I have also had a lot of contact with external hosting teams in the past and the amount of effort and time it took to get the simplest things done always reflects extremely well on C2's service in comparison! They provide an honest reliable service with excellent support if needed. I had all sorts of problems with my previous email hosting company who had the typical modern attitude of 'do it all online and don't bother us with non-standard queries'. Catalyst 2 were extremely helpful and considerate and I was delighted to use them. Subsequently the occasional query has been dealt with extremely sympathetically and professionally. Highest possible recommendation from me.
