“Only a few weeks in, and CaseFleet has already won…”
Only a few weeks in, and CaseFleet has already won over every attorney on the client files I'm managing. The timeline builder and fact-tagging system are genuinely sharp. I did hit some edge cases worth flagging: bulk-importing older scanned PDFs with inconsistent OCR gets messy, and the custom tag hierarchy has a depth limit that frustrated me on one sprawling case. Neither was a dealbreaker. Their support team walked me through workarounds fast. For an agency juggling multiple client matters at once, this is the most organized I've felt in years.
