Review Summary
Generated using AI from real user reviews
Calidy excels at group scheduling and scales reliably as teams grow. The reviewer switched two years ago from a competing tool and praises shared availability views, timezone-aware meeting scheduling, and a clean interface that non-technical staff adopted quickly. The product handled growth from twelve to forty people without friction.
The main friction point is overly aggressive notifications by default, which required manual tuning to get right. Documentation could be more thorough, though customer support responded when needed. Despite these minor bumps, the reviewer remains satisfied because the core scheduling experience outperforms their previous toolβthe key requirement for their use case.

βSwitching to Calidy two years ago was honestly the rightβ¦β
Switching to Calidy two years ago was honestly the right call. The tool we left behind had decent calendar sync but fell apart the moment you needed to coordinate across more than five people. Calidy handles that gracefully. Shared availability views, meeting scheduling that actually respects time zones, and a clean interface that even the less tech-forward people on my team picked up fast. As we've grown from around a dozen to nearly forty people, it has scaled without drama, which matters more than I expected it to.
The one thing I'd flag for anyone evaluating this: the notification settings took me a while to get right. Too aggressive out of the box, and it took some digging through the settings to calm it down. Customer support was responsive but the documentation could be sharper. Still, two years in and I'm not looking anywhere else. The core scheduling experience is genuinely better than what we had before, and that's what we needed.
