The platform I came from wasn't bad, exactly. It just made everything feel heavier than it needed to be. Clunky lead capture, manual follow-up steps I had to babysit, and an omnichannel story that was basically a checkbox on a sales slide. Breathe Life is different in practice. The lead conversion flow actually guides a prospect through the application without me holding their hand the whole time, which as a solo broker is the difference between closing a policy at 9 p.m. and losing it entirely. About six months in and I haven't looked back once.
The workflow automation is where they really pull ahead. I set up triggers for follow-ups and document requests once, and they just run. Customer support has been genuinely responsive too, faster than anything I experienced with my previous provider.
