Great experience. Priceless for syncing multiple calendars with VRBO and FlipKey. The ability to manage our rental property with very limited manual involvement. The typical rental sites have very limited functionality and reporting. This software fills the big gaps left from those rental sites. It makes property management automated where limited manual interaction is needed. The Reporting function is terrific and much needed since the typical rental sites have very poor reporting. The support staff is great to work with and once it is setup, things are very automated.

I have only been up and running for a month. So far so good. It offers a detailed booking program. It has many features and flexibility as to the rates, etc. For a small operator, it has great value. The program has many features similar to other programs that charge 4x more. Great value for a small operator.
