I moved to blazingfasthost after reading reviews and having a terrible experience with my previous host. The availability of both live online support and phone support is fine. As far as the up-time, it is very good. And I have never had a problem using their control panel. I have been using them for half of a year now and must say that this experience has been great. So far, I am extremely impressed with these guys. There is nothing that counts more than decent support and they go beyond the call.

I've been a regular customer at BLAZINGFASTHOST, purchasing domain names for well over 8 months now. Other than that, most of the time, the people they have working for them are professional and know what they are talking about. I've had questions that were answered and fixed within minutes, and complex problems worked on by the hosting admins personally resolved in only a couple days. They have live chat to help if you get stuck. and they seem to be available almost all the time.

Their Cloud VPS is great! They have the online support option which is great but sending them a mail is often better and they will reply within one hour if not a half hour and they'll fix your problem fast! I'd been trying to get a PHP class installed and working and was having problems, my previous host wouldn't help with anything they hadn't installed themselves and would always ask for money before they'd help anyway I mailed blazingfasthost support and they kept at the problem until it was solved... recommended :)
