Scaling a new platform across a department that runs 14 technicians and a rotating cast of apprentices is not a small ask, and I'll be honest, I expected this to take months to stick. The onboarding piece is where Autodata really earned points with me. My senior techs didn't need hand-holding, but the newer staff picked up navigation quickly too. The search logic is forgiving, which sounds minor but it cuts down on the frustrated shoulder-taps I used to get every afternoon. One small frustration: role management for user accounts feels a little manual when you're adding people in batches.
