I have recently returned to Asura I was a customer in 2015. I thought they were a good company then and they always seemed to be doing work on their site and on servers to give the customer more which I loved. I left them because I wanted to go to a VPS and didn’t want to pay their prices but that’s not relevant. I have come back and I am currently moving all my websites back to them and I have had some issues and all i can say is there support is amazing always happy to help and they go out of their way to help you. I have been with a lot of webhosting company’s and i have talked to a lot of support staff that will not help you if it’s not to do with their company. I can happily say this is not the case with Asura they are more than happy to help if they can. A lot of companies should think about how they are doing business when Asura charge $1 for hosting and have some of the best support doesn’t make sense, I would highly recommend the company if you are starting out or you are just looking for a cheap hosting solution.
