If I could leave ZERO stars, I would. I've worked for another business who was hit by Ransomware before. The key difference is they notified all their customers RIGHT AWAY. In addition, they emailed all their customers THREE times a day to give us updates on their progress of restoring our data. I have been freaking out for three days now, not knowing the nature of this service outage. I've had nothing but nightmares imagining all my data lost. Multiple times I've sat on hold for HOURS hoping to find out what is happening. Online chat sessions resulted in wait times excess of 45 minutes before a reply. Finally today they informed me about the nature of the outage. What a waste. I've paid employees to sit around waiting for services to come back online. Thanks for motivating me to buy a server for my office!

I am disgusted at this point. We have been in the dark as well. The true test of a company is how they handle challenges. The phone just plays music and they are no longer answering their live chats. I can not access QuickBooks at all! I would be okay if they would tell us something but we have nothing! Don't get stuck like me!
