Trevor (the owner of the company) was always willing to listen to new ideas and try and integrate them where possible which I didn't always find with other similar suppliers. AX doesn't have the fanciest user interface and as with all systems there are things that are being improved, but after using it for a day or so you get used to the interface and some of the features it offers are well in advance of other similarly priced systems. My new starters have got up to speed with the system very quickly, thanks in large part to the personal training that Trevor offers to every new user. I would say that in general AX has surpassed the expectations I had for a start-up recruitment system (and we've been using it for 9 months). If you're looking for a very simple, basic, pretty-looking system then there may be other systems that are better suited to you, but if you're after a powerful system that is highly configurable and you need fast, responsive support, then AX is a great option. The support that we have recieved has been second to none. I can count on one hand the hours of down time in 8 years of use. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone within the industry.
