When I started with ALC Hosting, I only had a little blog about traveling around the world with just about 250 subscribers which were hosted on a smaller plan and now I run several webshops and develop sites for a living and moved up to a VPS. All along the support has been there for me, the performance was good, it wasn't all perfect but the good people from support have always made it right in the end and I am confident enough to recommend them to anyone in need of a hosting plan.
