AdOpsOne is an human + machine powered ad operations assistant for digital content publishers using Google Ad Manager (GAM). AdOpsOne manages all the day-to-day ad operations - setting up new demand partners, inventory allocation, reporting, yield optimization, adjusting pricing floors, A-B testing, and lots more on behalf of the publisher. All operations functions are carried out on publisher's own GAM, to ensure that the publisher has 100% transparency and control. Publishers' are provided with a centralised dashboard where all the core business metrics (like revenue, impressions, viewability, page views, etc) come together in one interface. By using AdOpsOne, publishers' have experienced up to 3x improvement in their eCPMs. AdOpsOne operates for a flat SAAS fee, as opposed to revenue share charged by other players in the industry.
