Comprehensive tools that meet all requirements. The tool provides a great way to centrally manage and share media files, making it much easier to share files and information within and outside the organisation. In addition, the software is very user-friendly and intuitive to use, resulting in improved file organisation and faster access for internal and external users. Another strength of the software is its performance and quick availability of information, which improves workflows. I can highly recommend 4allportal's DAM! Despite thorough consideration and close inspection of the software, I find it difficult to find any disadvantages worth mentioning. Only the customisation of metadata and roles requires some practice, but this is negligible in view of the high benefit of the software.

Ease of Data Managment for DAM and PIM 4ALLPORTAL's approach to data modeling enables users to build robust security rules and multiple search options for different types of users. The data modeling enables different user groups to search based upon the natural language of each department creating a great user experience for each group. Their workflow and annotations within the platform allows the users to create works in progress (WIP) within the DAM instead of using an outside tool. One use case was integrating a DAM and PIM. 4ALLPORTAL has both features within the application eliminating the risk and expense maintaining a PIM-DAM integration. Comments (Benefits) The WIP features (workflow, multi-step approvals, annotations) enables users to work within the DAM instead of a third party tools. This enables users to have better control of the approval process, accurate reporting, and eliminates the cost of additional third-party workflow software.

Highly scalable and customisable all-rounder for DAM and PIM The first inhibition threshold for us with 4ALLPORTAL was the initial contact. The software seems very complex and so we wondered if it was the solution we needed. After we communicated our requirements, we were already shown a customised 4ALLPORTAL tailored to our needs in a live demo. We rubbed our eyes in amazement and asked ourselves "is the solution that simple?". The answer was: YES! 4ALLPORTAL is an enterprise software and therefore not the cheapest DAM or PIM software on the market. However, 4ALLPORTAL combines so many requirements and scales with the growth of companies that it saves a lot of worries and money in the medium and long term. A clear recommendation!

The category feature is very helpful for breaking up types of content that you could find.The bread crumb feature is also very helpful. The design is very intuitive. The selection to download feature is my favorite because it is so easy to use. Communication problems are the biggest. I think this digital application is the perfect tool for a busy business. Very efficient DAM portal! Very efficient for managing marketing materials. Searchability through multiple search types is guaranteed. The duplicate search avoids unnecessary double data storage. As far as I'm concerned my team is totally satisfied with the 4ALLPORTAL We had huge problems with the findability of our +100k assets. Now with 4ALLPORTAL we are able to easily find any assets with a couple of seconds - Thanks to it's easy of use and the state of the art UI/UX.

We have been using the 4ALLPORTAL Software for years and are very satisfied! The GUI is very intuitiv and the 4AP is fun to work with. It's a very solid DAM with an amazingly high feature set. I've been working with the 4ALLPORTAl for years now and have made some really good experience with it so far. Especially the publication on different channels (e.g. Social Media, Print, WordPress, etc.) is to be emphasized very much and facilitates our daily work. Sharing assets externally by sending a link or creating an e-ticket is very easy now. Furthermore, we are now able to share digital assets and product information with wholesale accounts increased our e-commerce business.

I am super happy - The software is stable and solid. There are no negative anomalies at the moment, so a recommendation is guaranteed. That's why we now entered the 4ALLPORTAL media partnership and had been declared as an official reference customer. All the employees with whom I have had contact so far have been friendly and helpful. Everything was excellent, there was a demand, and 4ALLPORTAL was the only vendor who could solve our problems.
