Thursday, May 31, 2018 #59541 Eu from Eu Excellent support, fast and competent. Have proven to be more competent than other big names who have excellent reviews. The Control Panel has moved on and has got nice features. I was with Zen internet and despite good reviews they have failed in different aspects over the many years I have been with them, they are getting worse and fees not cheap, software and services not updated, portal confusing, never changed for years, errors in supporting and charges for services cancelled.
