TrentNode was one of the providers that appeared at the very top of Serchen when I was looking for a shared hosting provider. With the very positive feedback it had on Serchen I couldn't deny giving them a try and I'm glad I did.

I've had zero issues within the 2 months I've been a customer - I would highly recommend them if you're looking for a reliable provider.

I've been working with websites on shared hosting since 2002 and thought it was just about time to move to a VPS. To say TrentNode is competitive is an understatement.

The price is just right, they'll also accept monthly payments for both VPS and cPanel as individual products. i.e. I've paid in full (12 months) for the VPS and monthly for cPanel which reduces the pressure - a great idea.

They Provide full backups - no cost, ID Protection - no cost, Firewall - no cost, full UK support - no cost... the list is endless and they're absolutely the best price out there. Oh and It doesn't end there - their VPS are all on SSD drives - at no additional cost. Simply outstanding!

Support is also outstanding and as someone said earlier (these guys have patience), they really do. They work throughout the night too, and will answer your support tickets so quick its stupid.

Their account management system via their website is also the simplest, easiest and quickest I've ever seen - no more complicated, boring hoops to jump through like GoDaddy and 1and1. I just can't recommend it enough. They can also migrate you (no charge) within hours. I have mainly WordPress sites and a vBulletin website and all went over without a hitch.

I'm completely impartial (I give you my word) and want these guys all to myself, but, as with all good business models out there, the more customers you have, the bigger and cheaper they get (hopefully). WELL DONE TrentNode - keep it up, keep it real and make sure you don't forget what your principles are and stick to your promise.

Brilliant hosts, couldn't recommend them more. Pre-sales questions were answered within minutes but you'd expect that wouldn't you.

The test came after I had purchased. Support questions were answered just as quickly if not quicker. If you're going to buy hosting then it's TrentHost, there's no other choice.

I've used trenthosting.com for about 5 months now for my web hosting and domain, and I have had only one issue out of all of that time where I couldn't connect to the FTP server, however that issue was fixed within a few hours. The prices are low, and the servers are super reliable. The ticket times are great, as I have always gotten a reply within 24 hours, but usually within the same hour. The support team is always nice and have always answered my questions quickly and they're always nice about it. I would recommend trenthost.com to anybody looking for a webhost/domain, as I have no experience with their other services/products.

A business web database application that I wrote was recently moved to a TrentHost VPS from a different host. With the previous host there had been a series of issues, including unexpected server configuration changes, which were a regular frustration.

When my client decided to change hosts I expected a stream of problems, but it has all gone very impressively smoothly.

There have been two issues that I've had to put in support tickets for, both of them quite small problems. Each time the team at TrentHost have been friendly and efficient and resolved things perfectly.

I have started to move all of my client's sites over as well. It is really just fantastic.
