With me not being the most tech savvy person around they have helped us step by step from day one where they had great patience helping me upload our first basic site through to where we are now. Unfortunately this also resulted in unstable services that lasted over a longer period. I hope the new owner reads this, and takes this review seriously and fixes (several) issues that I have encountered.
