Had 2 business websites with RSHosting for 6 months now. I've had a few problems (mainly down to my stupid mistakes) and their customer service is astounding. This morning I had trouble logging into my control panel and they replied in 2 minutes. I think the longest I've ever had to wait is 15 minutes. There are no long contracts and it is amazing value for money considering the service you get. If you are a small or medium sized business and are having problems with your hosting company or are sick of poor customer service I can't recommend these guys enough.

In my ten years of Internet experience and being a developer for the last three I have not had the privilege of dealing with any company that give better service than rshosting. Their support and customer care is the best I have seen of any company. I own a site called the Happy Petting as well as a few other and I have placed banners on all of them so that everyone can see how much I like rshosting. You people are the best. Thank you rshosting for being the best!

We expected to have a nightmare when we decided to move from our existing host to RSHOSTING. But it was quite the contrary. Their sales and tech support came through for us with flying colors. Very speedy answers and quick solutions in order to make the transition from one host to another a very easy one. We have dealt with other hosting companies and RSHOSTING so far has proved to be the best in customer service. When you run a online business and find the need to move your site it has to go fast and smooth. RSHOSTING had all the answers. They even had answers for us in regards to our Magento shopping cart software issues. We highly recommend RSHOSTING to anyone looking for a great hosting company. Thanks

In general, I've been very impressed with Rshosting. The level of support is a real selling point. I've always been able to get a response within minutes, even on a weekend. This is one of the main things I say to friends when they ask my opinion. I'm very happy to keep my hosting with Rshosting, and haven't bothered looking round to see if there is a cheaper deal.

These guys understand what 'customer service' means! I've been to a few of the big-boy server farms, and suffered with nightmares. With Rshosting, not only do I get great pipe, but a human being on the other end - one who is knowledgeable, and does not presume I'm an idiot who has the communications skills of a distracted eighth grader - no, Rshosting is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and they spoil their customers (yes I love it and mean it!). Hands down, they're tops in all the categories in my book.

I have been with Rshosting since late 2006 so its almost 6 years now, I have been with them with the only experience to rate them as one of the best web hosting companies on the planet. Sam and his crew know how to spoil their customers with their exceptional service. Good servers and excellent support are something that one should consider even if you need to pay a bit more than those competing cheap companies out there. But once you pay, you know you do not need to bother again for your website uptime and speed. They have exceptional team members I can remember such as Florin, Stephen, Leon, Richard, Drew.. who go way beyond their support line to help you, no matter how ignorant you are in terms of server related technical issues.
