Really nice support, which actually works 24/7. Did not expect such support level while im actually paying entry-level monthly fee

After bringing server to colocation and making some mistakes got rapid answer from support, network KVM connected to my server!

I have trusted M247 and previously eHosting with my domain requirements for a good many years, back to the days when we used a dedicated phone line and knew the support personnel individually. The standard of attention and support has never fallen below excellent and this latest hurdle was cleared by Ryan in fine style. I should point out that when I've experienced a problem it has usually been the result of my own lack of expertise, yet I've always been treated with courtesy and efficiency.

Whenever I've had any issues with my ADSL internet, some of them very simple, some very complex, the support personnel have kept me on top of what's going on.

This is something many many companies miss out on. Keeping the customer abreast of the situation is the best way to keep the customer on your side. M247 manage to do this.

I have (knock on wood) very few issues overall, but as stated, when something does go wrong, they're on it. Being able to get a human being 24/7 means they're living up to their name.

We have used eHosting (now part of M247) for our hosting for nearly 10 years and have always had exceptional service. We currently have a managed, dedicated server. Both the support ticket and telephone support are both excellent and I'd recommend M247 to anyone who needs high quality and secure hosting.

I have had a few problems with using this company since our account was taken over. It has taken some time to get used to using the email account. However I recently had a problem logging into my mail and contacted them about this. The help line guy got the problem sorted out in good time and sounded very concerned that I was experiencing problems. In this instance I have been most impressed with the response I received.

M247 have come a long way during the last couple of years and so I am delighted to report that their technical support has become outstanding. Same day responses, coupled to consistent quality and clarity is fundamental to achieving customer satisfaction. M247 has provided this on several occasions recently, which has allowed me to make significant progress and typically close incidents the same day. This is so rare across the technology sector it should be applauded and I hope that they secure the business that they deserve by providing a more complete and ultimately better hosted proposition than their competitors.

I have been using M247 for over 16 years.
Since their upgrade in 2014 my website has been hacked on over 20 occasions. The so called Customer Services of Warren Ashcroft and the Director Mr Chris Byrd do not care one jot about the fact that for the last 12 months I have lost all my orders, emails and my reputation online.
They keep stating that they are not at fault. I can state to anyone using M247 that they are at fault and their Hosting platform is unsafe and has been infiltrated with the "BLACKHOLE EXPLOIT KIT"
This has resulted in numerous case of their clients being hacked into quite easily.
Chris Byrd seems to think it has nothing to do his hosting and everything to do with the way my site was built. If this was the case why did this vulnerability only appear after their upgrade of their hosting Platforms. I am therefore taking this M247 to the Small Claims Court for the loss of my website and the loss of the business over the past 14 months. This is not a good Company to deal with. Imagine they basically after 16 years do not give a damn. Richard Jojo

During that time I have always felt that the staff truly care about their company and their customers and the uptime has been nothing short of exceptional. I have also visited their data centres and was really impressed by the the infrastructure they have put in place.

Prime hosting transferred all their website hosting etc to this company M247 without warning and frankly it has been appalling. Everything that was previously intuitive is now impossible and involves writing to the support many times. I highly recommend NOT getting involved with this company. When my websites expire I will be moving them all. Also Primehosting use to offer decent web analytics which I simply don't get now - altnough I am paying the same.

I never review, however I'm going to this time they have lost 5 of my domain there auto billing does not work, but it seem iv been auto billed for hosting I no loger have.
I have suffered with them and webtapestry.net now m247 for 10 years, that means nothing to them. They have a some what arogant atetude. Sort of not our probblem. You've been warned! ( This is my first tec review)

BHave been with M247 (previously Openhosting which was subsumed into it); OK for years, although help often difficult. But migrated to a new server this year; there was a long convoluted warning letter with no mention that emails might be lost; after migration they admitted some emails might have been lost altogether, but despite prompting there was no apology. Well after migration completed some people who had tried emailing us got in touch by other means to say their emails were being rejected; this was from addresses that had not problem before migration. One was Amex statements, another a personal email address of my son. M247 very off hand when I told them. Again no apology and problems still persisted – all I had was a curt email to say the ticket was being closed as I had not replied. No-one got in touch to see if everything was OK. Have now transferred all domains and hosting to LCN, who have a completely different (for the better) attitude with customers and technical competence (re rejected emails!!!).
