Just Cloud is easy to use. The customer support is good, but not great. I would like faster turn arounds to get my questions answered. In August 2012, they updated their software. I followed the instructions and thought that everything was in order. Today I discovered that my license has expired. Every time I checked Just Cloud (about every two weeks) my dashboard stated that my next back up was the next morning. However my files weren't backed up. I presume it is because my license is expired. I never received any emails letting me know that my files weren't being backed up. I couldn't find out how to update my license - I am waiting for a return email from Just Cloud on how to do so. Both Just Cloud and I am responsible for making sure that my files are backed up. However, I am paying Just Cloud to stay on top of my files. They should have notified me that my files weren't being backed up.
