I can relate to the above. My service is with Easynet, but support is now with Interoute. I have asked for QOS to be put on my line. after going round in circles for the last month, they have closed my call and said to contact sales. which I did originally to fill in the relevant paperwork. support is completely useless, they even said they did't have access to my router and what should they do. considering this is a managed service, it's very worrying.
