Avoid this company like the plague. Its the worst isp ive ever dealt with. You only need to call the support number on the website to see how useless they are, it simply says the voicemail is full. They messed up our connection and wasted 2 months, now theyre well outside their sla's. They appear to have left an nte connection which does not even interface into our equipment. No one is available at interoute to discuss the problems, no one knows whats going on and the tech support line doesn't work.
