I would like to commend all their staff for their performance. Everyone I have dealt with has been outstanding! I wrote this to their consumer relations. I find them V good, v helpful. I am pretty up on servers and tech, but they do notice the small things as well as the big which can make a huge difference. 10/10 from me. I have had some truly Awful hosts that cost much more!

I will give you some back history, I develop games and military simulations. About 4 years ago I got pretty ill age 43 [non smoker/vegetarian etc] and had major heart problems together with other issues. I had a company at the time employing over 25 people working, as techs, designers, programmers, artists etc. I lost all of this and am now on a disability pension. Recently I decided to get back into business as I loved and still do designing games.

This was about 3 months ago, its taken that long for my health to improve enough for me to even consider getting back into things! Over the last 20 years designing games, I have had many hosts [as you can imagine!] Many for years and others who were so awful, it was a couple of months.

I had a terrible time with the US hosting company I was with before you. They had not the slightest conception of customer service. It took them 14 days instead of the 1 - 2 days to build the server and then more time as they messed the IP numbers up. CPanel techs found the issue in the end.

In the 17 years I have been using hosting companies, you are without doubt one of the best I have come across! Every time I had a problem, no matter big or small, tech, billing or just general, your staff have been amazing, always friendly, helpful polite and very easy to deal with. I love that they also [unlike the US hosts I have been with] have a sense of humour!

I would like to commend, Ross [sales] Amber and Victoria [migration] Sheridan, Brad, Fred, Reeve, Alexander, Dan, Diana, and anyone I have forgotten to mention. All staff have been knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and unfailingly polite! They do credit to your company and if this is how you deal with matters and customers you have won a client for a LONG time!

I have rarely found such helpful, service and techs who know their job! A BIG thanks to everyone I have dealt with! You have exceedd all expectations and should be proud of how your company deals with its clients!

WELL DONE TO EVERYONE and thank you for restoring my faith in people and companies who care about their clients. If I was rich I would buy you ALL a Drink! So have a great day and thanks from a very satisfied customer!

eUKHost are the best provider of web hosting in the UK by far. I have used a fair share of hosting companies in the UK and none compare to eUKHost. 1) for reliability and 2) for support. They have 24/7 live chat which is really great. Its so easy to get problems fixed with them. Although they don't have to, they try very hard to fix any issues I've had before with 3rd party software, script, wordpress etc. Their ticketing system is great as well. For migrations or more complex issues, you simply raise a ticket with them and within a couple of hours the issue is sorted. I use pingdom to record any downtime on my server and its basically non-existent - My average uptime for the whole year is 99.98% and they guarantee 99.95% so they are exceeded the promise for my VPS. Never go with a provider that offers unlimited disk space, there are so many restrictions to the service that you get because they oversell like made. Overall if you have a UK website, it most be hosted with eUKHost

I had an issue with a wordpress site and spent ages with Vincent P. He never gave in and eventually found the problem. I can honestly say EUKHOST are without doubt the best company you will ever find when it comes to support. Instant chat live, and these guys just go beyond the call of duty. Well done Eukhost and especially Vincent P!!

Excellent service on Chat and all support issues. We have many services with GoDaddy and eUKhost. Both great companies. If I have to recommend one for reseller and dedicated server hosting along with other advance server solutions, then it will have to be eUKhost. I have requested support and changes too many times 24/7 and there is a always someone at the other end to help. Great service. Thanks.

I have been a happy euk customer for over 6 years now. I have number of VPS and Reseller accounts. First of all, you don't really need support that much as their system, servers, network is pretty well. But If you do need help with anything, support is just a click away via online chat. While all these guys and girls and very good. There is one which I have to mention; GARETH. This guy is the best expert on windows. Every time I need something or we are stuck with the usual PCI issues, it takes 2-3 min for him to do what is required and solve the issue. I can not thank enough to Gareth and the rest of the support team.
Keep it up guys. eUK Rocks!!!!

Great service for the last 6-7 years! I currently have 2 dedicated servers with them, couple of reseller accounts and previously started with just a shared hosting package. Live chat is instant and very very good. Used many other providers and for the UK they standout above all of the ones I have used and dealt with. One thing worth noting is that some people seem to not understand that website issues are NOT just caused by the hosting provider and it is the clients responsibility to resolve website side problems. Overall they have been more than helpful. Only two slip-ups in the past 6-7 years, and nothing major. Even getting a couple of free x-mas gifts from them this year! :). If you have a UK based website and looking for quick support (for hosting NOT your website problems - which are not theirs to solve even though they still do help as much as they can - and domains), need affordable dedicated or shared hosting services I recommend them. There are many hosting companies I do not recommend, which also rip you off. eUKhost have been nothing but a great hosting provider for me for years. What is miss-leading (and also annoys me) is people who do not know about hosting or web design leaving bad reviews based on a hosting company not just providing hosting but not doing website design development and optimizations for them as well! Hosting companies provide hosting ONLY, they are not your web developer and web designer. Hacked website? Chances are YOU did not secure your website and/or CMS correctly.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND A BIG NO FOR EUKHOST TO ANYONE. I have faced worst hosting service experience from last 8 months with eUKHost. They have illiterate people in their team who don't understand the meaning of live server. On an average every month their server get down twice. THEY JUST SUCK THE MONEY AND LEAVE YOU HELPLESS... THEY ARE NOT SUPPORTIVE. MOST OF THE TIME THEY ARE CLUELESS WHAT IS THE ISSUE. MOST OF THE TIME DOWNTIME IS MORE THAN 5-6 HOURS WHICH IS TOO MUCH FOR A SERVER AND ULTIMATELY AN ONLINE BUSINESS. At this point of time 10th Oct 2013, 10:20AM IST. there server is down and I am following them from last 2 hours. Their customer support team (Sarah) is saying it will take another 2 hours. FINALLY I HAVE DECIDED TO SWITCH THE SERVER FROM EUKHOST (PATHETIC AND WORST SERVICE PROVIDER). ** SAY A BIG NO FOR EUKHOST ** NEVER HOST YOUR SITES WITH THEM **

Terrible. I have seen eUKhost go down hill over the years. Support is frustrating to say the least. Online support do NOT understand complex issues or actually listen to what you are saying. I have been forced to look for an alternative. I would give them 0 Stars if it would let me.

Absolutely amazing customer support. Nathan S spent about 2 hours with me on 'Live Chat' talking me through step by step how to resolve a problem. He was also able to access my desktop and I gave him full control of my computer. He resolved the problem, and I had full trust in them accessing my personal computer. We used several hosting sites and came to EUK about 3 years ago. The support has been brilliant and downtime has been minutes over all that time. I only have a small shared hosting account with eUKhost but their support is exemplary. It has always been fast and responsive. I recently needed to install some forum software and there was an issue with some library compatibility with the new software. When it became apparent what the problem was they quickly moved me to a new server with the necessary libraries and made sure that everything was working correctly. At all times the support was responsive and constructive, resolving the issue very quickly.

I have just rented one of the servers provided by eUK hosting and was positively surprised with their live chat feature. I talked to them for a good hour asking all sorts of stupid questions, as I did not know too much about dedicated servers. They were patient and helpful. I've been using Eukhost for several years now. They are so much better than any I've used before (I've used many). The assistants on live chat are always helpful, & problems are always resolved. Recently they spent a huge amount of time over several days helping me sort out a domain name issue (which was not their fault). Admin tools and controls are about what you'd expect, and better than many others (I don't think I've ever used any that would warrant 5 stars). In the past I've paid a lot more for very poor hosting and dealt with some outright charlatans. Happy to be using Eukhost.

Suzanne Jones is shockingly good. The phone is answered after 2 rings, she remembers me and my website instantly though I haven't been in touch for months. She resolves issues that even the ticket guys at eukhost say cannot be resolved (with Reeve Slater's help). Although she's a web wizard she's infinitely patient with my confusion. She's immediate, helpful, professional, fabulous!

I have been with eUKhost for a while now on shared hosting and have had no problems. Good customer service. I have just upgraded to Cloud VM and Ross in sales was extremely helpful in what he recommended that I get, in taking me step by step through the signup and setup processes, which all went smoothly. I might now transfer more websites over as I really like the way these guys do business.

We've been using services of this company for almost 1.5 years and to say the truth, this is the best investment we did in developing our business! We tried 6 other hosting companies before we found eUKhost and everywhere was faced with different problems. The main distinctive feature is SUPER Support Team! We're all not good at programming and so on so we need a lot of help. Each time I asked for help, the support team members solve problems in a very short period of time (almost minutes)! I would recommend eUKhost for everyone who wants to get great support and hosting or VPS plan! Everything works like a charm!

First the support is great specially the billing department. As many know whmcs my some times interrupt with paypal IPN and in most companies you must ticket your transaction ID and wait at least 24 hours for clear the invoice but here just solved in a less than a minute :D. Also Adam from billing department is friendly and kindly does this in a less than a minute :)

I've been with EUKHOST for over 5 years now and I would recommend these guys to anybody who is looking for good reliable 24/7 hosting.

Having spent wasted time with other hosting companies that fail to deliver I've had a few cheap hosting who have decided to quit not inform me, then have angry clients chasing me, but since moving to EUKHOST I've only had a handful of issues that have been resolved within minutes while using their chat system, this include the early hours or late at night.

Every person working for EUKHOST I'™ve spoken to via telephone, live chat or email have been very professional on every level.

I moved to another hosting provider from EUKHOST in late 2011 after their terrible outsourced IT Support in India. I had been with EUKHOST for a number of years but always I would have to chase their support team via ticket or livechat. Dont get me wrong livechat was good but painfully slow and they would always transfer you. Their reseller features were poor and their end user support was not what it said on the tin! Services would always stop on the server I was on. Sometimes I would wait over 12-24 hours for a ticket reply! Not good!

Customer service has been really mixed with them letting us down at critical points. Their hosting has been fine for the majority however when we have come to upgrade our services or amend services e.g. new server, moving server, closing old hosting packages down, this has been where the customer support has let us down. Issues such as forgetting to move across domain name registrations, moving account info, not setting up name servers, security holes (and blaming us) have really taken away that seamless transfer (especially when it's all with the same hosting company eukhost!). On the other hand it's hardly the most expensive hosting service and with anything, you get what you pay for. Don't be put off by my review but instead don't rely on their customer support, double check, triple check everything the customer support are doing for you. There's some great customer service representatives their but some really rubbish ones too.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with the product. I started with a basic package, having moved form a US host partly because they did not support MS Visual Studio. I have not noticed any downtime and speed is also very good, so no complaints about the product. I have had a few technical issues and generally, the online technical support could be better, but they do get there in the end. I am now in the process of migrating to a larger package and I had technical problems. Two tech agents failed to solve the problem, but Shawn in billing spotted the issue and solved it in minutes. So, 100% for the product, but not quite 100% for Customer service. Online chat I find the best way to ask for support

Our company has been a customer of EUKHOST for a good few years now. I was originally with a different provider, but then needed my own control, and I have to say EUKHOST have been good. There have been a few issues here and there, mainly around late 2011 the support became quite slow which was frustrating. But, I can see they turned the corner, got more staff, and now the support chat is quick which is exactly what I need. There are a few people worth mentioning, Adam Smith, Kate W, Gareth M, Stephen S, and others.

We used to use eUKHost who were pretty good until early 2011 when their support turned to mush. Uptime was poor and tech support caused more problems than they resolved. When you ask them to release a domain name they insist on asking you why instead of just doing it. They transferred us to another server without telling us and in doing so took all of our 50 sites offline. The majority we restored within about 12 hours but half a dozen or so were offline for over 24 hours and, even after they were (badly) restored there were still ongoing issues. In total we spent about 30 hours getting the sites back up from the mistakes caused by eUKHost. We sent an invoice to them for the time we had to spend resolving problems caused by then - their reply? They gave us 24 hours to move all our sites to a new host because we 'had threatened them'. What a joke!

At the end of last year (Oct 2011) we moved every one of our sites to a different provider who have been a billion times better than eUKHost. Be warned - eUKHost's prices may be reasonable but their support and technical ability is sorely lacking.

I have used quite a few hosting providers over the years but eUKhost are by far the best. They are so helpful and go above beyond to fix your problems. Their live chat service is perfect and I have spoken with both account managers and technical people and received brilliant responses each and every time. So many hosting providers just say 'you need to talk to your webmaster' but not these guys, they are hands on and will do everything they can to get you up and running again, even if it is your own dodgy codes that caused the issue. I highly recommend eUKhost for their service alone. The prices are good too.

I have used eUKhost now since 2008 for my personal hosting. I have always had excellent service and whenever (not too often!) I have an issue the live chat staff are always efficient, courteous and able to deal with my request in a professional manner - unlike a different provider whose awful service I have to endure at work. I have over 20 cPanel shared hosting packages. All in all and for the value for money it is a very good service. I had a windows 2003 VPS with them for a few years when it came to getting a 2008 VPS available so I could upgrade. They were awesomely helpful. I started off hosting online games about 5 months ago and since then I have had numerous encounters with my VPS crashing or simply being terminated.

However, since I purchased my ENlight I've had absolutely no problems with it, what more is I can pay as I go! Some months this is saving me money some months it isn't, but anyone can understand that you would rather have a Secure VPS than a VPS that will crash. Their service is the very best of ANY company that I deal with. Tell you what, they are so good I would pay even more for the service if I had too. I have never ever had a response for help come back and say, sorry we don't cover that.

Normally, when I ask how to do something, within 30 minutes I don't have the instructions, I have reply saying all done for you - at no extra cost!

I have been building websites (and learning during the way) for the past 7-8 years now. I have been able to use and experience a number of hosting companies from big names to the slightly smaller ones, and so far eUKhost has been the best. 24/7 Live chat support is awesome and they are always helpful and go further than most companies to solve any problems - they deserve a pay rise ;). You just can't beat having 24/7 live chat support.

The services are great value for money and after purchasing a package they are always quick at getting you up and running. Even when you need something cancelled they do it. No messing about - which to me means they value you as a customer and not a greedy company who stick you with 30 day cancel periods (and there are plenty of them about). If you want a good service, 24/7 support and be up and running quickly. eUKhost are the guys to go to. A big thank you to eUKhost. :)

I have to say after working with Alvin at EUKHOST it makes dealing with a server company very pleasant and easy work. Alvin looked after us from day 1 , after reviewing several different server companies quotes EUKHOST came out the best value for money and for a UK Server. We recieve fast support and have Alvin only a click of a button away to talk too, He is a great Account Manager and really goes that extra mile to look after us. I would certainly recommend EUKHOST after this expierince. Server Up times have been excellent with no noticable Downtime. The Sites are Faster and on the rare occasion we need support , problems are corrected very quickly. I really like the personal touch with our Account Manager Alvin its great peace of mind and its much better that previous hosts who have 1 support telephone number and their is no real customer relationship. We also have Thomas to thank who is another great asset to EUKHOST and very knowledgeable about Linux Platforms. Thank you EUKHOST.
