We were experiencing email delivery issues with certain recipients and found that our emails were being despatched through a sub domain which was being detected as different from the sender's email address. Dataflame were informed and very quickly put in place a solution. Excellent and fast service.

They even fixed a problem with windows 10 for me. I could not open attachments for Excel or Word. They came back with the fix for office 365.
If only windows 10 was as helpful - just have to sort out the start time going from 6 to 36 seconds now!

I've been with Dataflame for many years and their online tech chat is excellent. I'm not the most patient at the trauma of setting up new emails, domain names and websites, etc, but they are always very helpful and persistant, trying all things until the task is complete.

We have been with Dataflame for many years now (after trying many others!) They genuinely offer a first class support service which; best of all, is instant! We have a managed server with them and each time I have I have an issue (not that often) I reach a support person using their online chat and it is dealt with there and then and in a professional and business-like manner. No delays or logging calls etc. I would recommend them without hesitation.

The four stars are primarily for the excellent customer service I've received through their live chat. We've been with dataflame for several years and things are generally good--sometimes slow (this is a shared hosting package, so that can always be the fault of one of our fellow hostees if they're getting a lot of traffic) and in the past I've noticed when logging into cpanel, their security certificate has been flagged as inactive. But their customer service is excellent and very quick to respond, and that really does make up for the few issues I've had over the years. Many thanks for being on top of the ball!

Brilliant service and support, made the whole experience of changin supppliers easy and efficient.

Kept me informed, openly admitted when they were having trouble and sorted issues quickly.

The cost is not cheap but now I have an SSD VPS with excellent support and it's worth it. The costs savings alone in not dealing with resources limits and backup issues will more than pay for it.

Thoroughly recommended.

This review is not for Dataflame as a service in and of itself - it's a review for the sterling help I had from one of their Live Support Team - DS Peter. I have had some serious problems with two websites I host with Dataflame. Over the past couple of months I have had the sites hacked and replaced and my site email used for spamming purposes. Each time I have gone to the live support team I have spent upwards of 30 minutes waiting only to be told that I would have to send an email to the support team - this gets a bit frustrating after while! However yesterday, DS Peter was able to fix both sites and restore them after they had been hacked by Indonesian bedroom dwellers (if the image they replaced my site with is anything to go by). Peter's service was unexpectedly quick and helpful in the extreme. I'm still thinking about switching hosts, but Peter's conduct renewed my faith in Dataflame enough to put off that decision for a while at least :)

I had cancelled my web hosting, as website was redundant, but still had the domain name. I wanted to forward this domain name so contacted live help (DS Adrian). I was then given a detailed step-by-step plan on how to achieve this which was very easy to follow. I will definitely recommend this service.

I have nothing but good things to say about the hugely patient service desk at Dataflame. I have literally taken up hours of their time today trying to get the website and email working for the fledgling part of my business. Technology is not my strong point and I was never patronised or made to feel stupid for asking the simplest of questions. Actually I have come out of the experience feeling that I can do this IT challenge! Bring it on! I have also learnt a huge amount thanks to their detailed explanations of what steps I need to take. Thank you.

Both my wife and I use Dataflame hosting and domain registration services for our businesses. Their service is THE BEST!!! Technical support is 24/7 in any day of the year. We have contacted them more then 10 times and they always helped to resolve the problems lighting fast and very efficient. Technical issues that we had was self inflicted due to our incompetence. We forgot Word press login information, messed up code so WP pages did not displayed right and so on. Every time Tech people fixed them all without asking any questions. Those problems were not their fault and they still went out of their way to fix it. Data Flame offers best service that money can buy!

Being in VoIP business I always required a hosting company with minimum down time, good network and reliable 24x7 support. Even a small unscheduled downtime would cost me business. One of my friends is with Dataflame (though he has a small hosting account). He suggested me to try Dataflame. I would advise you to not to under estimate these guys from their website. Initially I bought a small server from them which turned out to be fantastic. I always had this nightmare of upgrading servers but their sales guy suggested to try their VMware Cloud. This now allows me to increase my server resources whenever needed. Dataflame might not be the cheapest however they are the best I have used so far and a perfect company to host business critical applications.
