From the initial phone call onward it was easy to communicate with Andy Wheeler, via phone or via e-mail. He has explained everything very clearly and advised me at all times patiently as I was not really clued up on the technicalities. It took very little time to set the site up as I had my info ready. When I asked for some small changes and additions to the site, Andy sorted these very swiftly and I received excellent advice on how to get listed higher on the search engines.I have already had an enquiry through my new site resulting in booking within two weeks of going live. It is a perfect investment, as the price for the basic package is really acceptable and offers more than other services I had quotations from. I am really excited about having a website, which looks professional as well as really comprehensive. I am more than happy to recommend this service and have done so to fellow colleagues. We therefore approached the matter with some trepidation, but were delighted with the service, ease of use and value for money that we received from Crystal Summit.All of our questions (sensible and silly!) were answered quickly and politely and we were given clear written and verbal instructions on how to set up our site.We were given sound advice on how to utilise search engines, and on obtaining names for our website.
