Friday, June 21, 2019 #69384 Ned from Private Agree with previous reviewer. I have a very basic website, which Clra have hosted for many years. Just been informed that they want to increase the charge form £36 a year to £120! Very cursory response from "customer service" when I enquired how this can be justified. Tuesday, June 20, 2017 #54340 Ian MF from Lost Musicals Claranet used to deliver a great service .....brilliant...after many years, I have chosen to leave them. I find the customer service to be arrogant and at times unhelpful.
