Signed up with BoxSRV after many problems with Hostgator. Initial signs were good, and the salesman, Paul, was very good. However, the sales side is let down by the rest of the company. Almost impossible to get hold of technical support during frequent outages - though again, once I got hold of Paul in Sales he sorted it quickly. However, I often had to wait hours for Paul to see my message about the outage (not his fault - technical support should have dealt with it). I finally had to switch my hosting to another company in November as the outages on my sites were become daily. However, I kept the account going as a backup, out of loyalty to Paul. Decided to cancel even this last month though as recently the billing department has started sending out daily invoice unpaid reminders for invoices not due for another 3 weeks. I cancelled my account but the invoice reminders keep coming. I have tried several times to get hold of the company but as usual it rings and rings until you reach an answer phone. I really wanted this to succeed, but the non existant technical support and customer service dealt a fatal blow.
