Advansys designed & created a new brochure site for Roch Valley, which provides a modern online product catalogue for our trade customers and general dancers. The site has the capacity to be developed into an e-commerce site for trade, allowing for future development.

Communication at the start of the project was well managed, with an opening meeting, followed by a detailed questionnaire. The questionnaire was extensive & took a considerable amount of our time to complete; however it clearly gave the team the insight into what we wanted. We were delighted with the initial concept design presented.

Throughout the project our Account Manager has been available via e-mail & phone. Responses have been appropriate, speedy and often going above and beyond, particularly in the later stages, to help us through the process ready for go-live.

We are very pleased with the overall design of the site, and have had the opportunity to give feedback throughout the project. The build went beyond the original deadline, due in part to delays from both parties at different stages. Luckily we were in a position where the live date could be extended. The Account Manager was very aware of this throughout and tried to ensure resources were available to ensure all snags were resolved swiftly. The change over from our old site went very smoothly.

The final result is everything we had envisaged at the start of this journey: appealing visually, user friendly, an intuitive CMS and also technically sound site. Advansys have had a "can-do" attitude throughout, and have worked throughout the project to maintain momentum. Although there has been the odd compromise along the way, our overall experience with Advansys has been positive. We are confident we made the right decision in working with them on this project. This is not our first online venture, and the experience has renewed our faith in eCommerce solution providers.

Nothing good to say about this company. Lots of promises with no action, missed completion dates, hidden charges, terrible customer care. We lost a devastating amount of money with Advansys. Promised a high end eccomerce website and good aftercare, with seo. Wish we had never had anything to do with these cowboys!!

Do not have any technical knowledge whatsoever. Once you get past the sales pitch it is all downhill form there. Terrible slow service, you are constantly lied too. deadlines are missed and there are lots of hidden charges and you have to pay for there mistakes.

I found this company to be professional, efficient and helpful in achieving the task set. We asked for a Ebay storefront Designing by Advansys(store express). The reason I took up having a “shopfront” designed is professionalism, increase in sales and a branding I could take to all areas of business and not too long in the distant future, a website. I am happy with the sales and service I have received, a very professional sales team. Secondly, my Project Manager, was patient, understanding and very positive to work with. The design was done prior to Xmas and didn't take too long to finish, bearing in mind we also had a logo designed too! I love the results of the shop front design and my company is selling more as a result of the professional image. The first thing we had to do was fill in a questionnaire on what type of design we would like and what types of design we liked in other peoples websites. I was amazed that the designers came up with a mock up that was just perfect. The functionality of the shop is good, the banners link directly to the product and it is easy to browse. We can now self manage our shop and all the items in it and change things at a time that suits us!
